Good News! We recently updated all of our Key Lime Crop themed music  links.  Our former links were to a site called Songza. Unfortunately Songza changed their format and essentially “nuked” all of our playlists.  So happily we recreated all of our party playlists at our favorite new site; Playlist.com.  (Our links at iTunes are still active.) Just discovered this great website called Wordle.  It’s easy to create customized word art about any subject you can dream of.  I was daydreaming about an All About ME crop, so this was the perfect inspiration. Hopefully you can get to know me a little better by looking at my personalized word art.  Try it yourself. You can customize the font, colors and layout. SO COOL!

Father’s Day Inspiration

When I’m not creating themed scrapbook parties, headed to the spa,  or doing the “real life” mom & wife stuff, I can usually still be found doing something creative in my studio.  Today, I was short on time and so grateful to have found some delightful free digital scrapbooking kits for my project.  Here’s the treat toppers I plan to attach to the baggies of cookies we’ve been baking for all the Fathers in our congregation at church.  MANY THANKS ladies for the inspiration and for saving me some serious stress!

Girls Day Out -vs- Girls Night In

It’s not hard to find my Happy Place – it’s one of two places… at the Day Spa or scrapbooking my memores of my adventures at the spa! 

 

So I combined the best of both worlds and headed to the spa  for a Girls Day out and completed the day with a Girls Night in – full of scrapbooking and laughs.  If you can’t make it to the Spa, then host your own spa party with our latest full-featured crop: One Spa-tacular Day!

I Love Florida: Shuttle Pictures

One of the best parts of being the “Florida” half of Key Lime Crops instead of the “Idaho” half of this partnership is getting to  look out my studio window and watch the shuttle take off or hear (and feel) the sonic boom when it finally lands!  So here’s a few photos taken first, from my computer as I waited for the countdown, and then, from my front yard.  Amazing!

Can’t wait to scrapbook them at my next crop! It’s exciting to witness a final chapter in history. Don’t forget to scrapbook your perspective on historic events. That’s just the “right stuff” that will interest and influence our future generations!
